Following a BEng Computing at Imperial College and MSc Computer Sciences at Oxford, Joe chose to drop out of a PhD in Mathematical Genomics at Cambridge to start Permutive, joining Y Combinator S14 together with his co-founder, Tim.
Tim Spratt
CTO
Previously he was a quantitative researcher at algorithmic hedge fund Winton Capital Management. He graduated top of his class in computer science at Imperial and Oxford, and is a Y Combinator alum.
