Every company which passes Investment Committee, formed by a founder joining one of our hubs in the US, Europe, or India in 2024, will get investment of up to $250,000 on founder-friendly, transparent terms.
Companies will receive:
- $125,000 investment from EF via a SAFE, or equivalent local instrument, which will convert to an 8% shareholding in your company on a fully diluted basis*.
- $125,000 optional (for the founders) investment via a SAFE with an MFN from Transpose Platform, open to founders who incorporate their companies in Delaware and relocate to San Francisco to participate fully in SF Launch.
In addition to up to $250k, founders who build a company at EF will have access to 6 months of office space in their hub location, and will:
- Receive an equity-free talent investment before the program, to support you as you focus full-time on building. If you later don’t form a company or we choose not to invest further, we don’t take any equity and you don’t owe us anything.
- Be introduced to world-class US advisors with direct expertise of building, selling and raising.
- Join the world’s most ambitious startup ecosystem through an invitation to relocate to San Francisco after funding from our Investment Committee.
- Get access to company-building advice from the Bay Area’s top unicorn founders. Previous speakers include Alexandr Wang (Scale AI), John Collison (Stripe), Anna Counselman (Upstart) and Daniel Gross (AI Grant).
- Get access to exclusive partnerships or free credits with AWS, Stripe, Vercel, OpenAI, GCP, HSBC, Hubspot, worth over $200k.
- Pitch on-stage to some of the world’s best seed VCs and angels at our Demo Day in San Francisco, which earlier this year was attended by >100 Partner-level investors including a16z, Khosla, SignalFire, Thrive, Kleiner Perkins, and many more.
